What this covers

If ProxiStack connects its Facebook Page, Instagram professional account or LinkedIn Page to its private marketing workspace, we may read account and post identifiers, comments, timestamps and aggregate performance information to prepare content and human-reviewed replies. A person may choose to use an automated drafting tool to suggest a reply from the comment and approved business context. The workspace may retain an approved reply and evidence of the decision. Our privacy notice explains our broader handling of information.

How to request deletion

Email privacy@proxistack.com.au with the subject “Social data deletion request”. Tell us whether the request concerns Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or this website, and provide a link or handle that helps us locate the information. Describe what you want removed. Please do not send a password, access token or identity document in your first email.

We may ask for further information to confirm that the request relates to you. We will review the information ProxiStack controls, explain what we can delete or de-identify and tell you if a legal, security or evidence obligation requires us to retain anything. Contact the relevant platform directly to manage your Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn account and content it holds.
