Who is responsible?

ProxiStack owns its products and is responsible for their security. This notice covers ProxiStack's website and direct enquiries. When a business uses a ProxiStack application, that business decides what business information it puts in the app and maintains its own privacy policy. The app's privacy information and the business's policy should be read together.

What do we receive, and why?

If you email us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to send so we can respond. Website hosting may record basic technical information such as IP address, browser and request details to deliver and protect the site. This site has no enquiry form. It loads fonts and Google Tag Manager from Google. Tags in the ProxiStack-managed container may measure page views and site interactions and may use cookies or similar browser storage, depending on their configuration. This can send technical information such as IP address, browser and page details to Google.

For client applications, ProxiStack may handle work account details, app activity, support information and client-entered content as needed to operate, secure and support the service. The specific information and uses depend on the app and the client's configuration. Ask the client or us for details of a particular app.

Sharing, location and retention

We use service providers where needed for hosting, communications and product operation, and may disclose information to them for those purposes. Website visitors' technical data may be sent to Google in the United States through the font and website measurement services. Other provider locations and any overseas disclosures for a client application depend on its approved service arrangements; ask us or the client privacy contact for the applicable details.

We keep information only while needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it when appropriate. Client application retention and deletion also depend on the client's directions and applicable legal holds.

Access, correction and complaints

For information ProxiStack holds about you, email our privacy contact to request access or correction, or to make a privacy complaint. We will review the request, respond, and explain any next steps. For business records in a client application, contact that business's privacy contact first; we will assist them where required. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
